We are pleased to report the successful conclusion of the 2024 Technology Commercialization Office (TCO) Innovation Competition and National Academy of Inventors (NAI) Chapter Induction on April 3, 2024. This annual event honored new inductees of the GW NAI Chapter and highlighted transformative GW research through the Innovation Competition, celebrating the integration of scientific innovation with commercial viability.
The ceremony welcomed 23 new inventor members alongside 7 new honorary members into the GW NAI Chapter, acknowledging their significant contributions to technological innovation and intellectual property. Following the induction ceremony, the Innovation Competition recognized outstanding technological advancements that promise significant impacts on industry and society. A total of $35,000 in prizes were distributed to the selected top 3 innovations in each category - Physical Sciences & Life Sciences to further support development and application testing.
