Funding Innovations via SBIR/STTR Programs
The George Washington University and Georgetown University are co-presenting an in-person event, "Funding Innovations via SBIR/STTR Programs," which brings together program directors from three leading federal research funding institutions—ARPA-H, NIH (NCI), and NSF, as well as USPTO.
The event features presentations from program directors sharing their expertise on the funding opportunities for innovators in the nation's capital, as well as application tips, support programs, and entrepreneurial resources available to small business applicants and grantees. Following the speaker presentations and Q&A sessions, attendees also get an opportunity to book a 1:1 meeting to discuss their projects and ideas with the program directors.
This event proves to be an incredible opportunity for regional businesses, researchers, entrepreneurs, and tech transfer professionals to learn about the SBIR/STTR process, application requirements, and practical strategies for successful proposals to enhance their chances of securing funding for their innovative projects.
